MV Estate Investments Ltd was formed in early 2025 by a small group of investors who began their careers in Canadian residential real estate. What started with a handful of local acquisitions became a cross-border wholesale practice sourcing distressed, inherited and otherwise unlisted property throughout the United States.
We are wholesalers, not agents. We negotiate directly with owners, place the property under contract, and assign that contract to a buyer from our network at a stated margin. Every party sees the same numbers.
